Handle with Care

She sat broken hearted in the corner of a dimly lit room

“For the thousandth time” She thought

Done with love, done with life

Music blaring so loud to mellow out her cries

She trusted easily

Gave her heart to strangers

Laced in flowers she gave her soul

Reminiscing of a life that was easy

Her heart was too big for this world

She loved enough for me and you

Why the world was so cruel, we’ll never know…

Handle with care

We should’ve handled Her with care
